- SeekCap does not charge any processing fees.
- The partner lenders may charge a one-time processing fee. All fees that may be charged will be collected by the lender through automatic bank arrangements or post-dated checks addressed to the lender.
Stay Safe and SeekCure when applying for a loan with these tips:
- Beware of fake emails which supposedly come from SeekCap or a SeekCap agent. Double check the sender email address and name. If either one looks suspicious, please send us a message at support@seekcap.ph to verify.
- Be careful with the links you click and the information you share. SeekCap does not ask for your username, password, OTP, and other pieces of information through text, call, or email. We also do not send links via SMS.
- Walang processing fees ang SeekCap. Hindi magpapatransfer ng processing fees ang SeekCap.
- Ang lender ay maaaring magkaroon ng one-time processing fee. Lahat ng fees ng iyong loan ay kokolektahin mula sa inyo ng inyong napiling lender via automatic bank debit arrangement o post-dated check.
Upang makaiwas sa mga ganito, basahin din ang mga tips na ito:
1. Mag-ingat din sa mga fake emails na galing umano sa SeekCap o SeekCap agent.
Palaging i-check ang sender at ang nilalaman ng email. Kung ito ay kahina-hinala, huwag magdalawang-isip na i-send ito sa support@seekcap.ph o sa aming Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SeekCapPH/) upang ma-verify namin ito.
2. Maging maingat sa lahat ng inyong kini-click at huwag ring basta-bastang mag-share ng inyong impormasyon. Hindi kailanman hihingin ni SeekCap ang inyong username, password, OTP at ibang sensitibong impormasyon sa pamamagitan ng text, tawag, o email.
